Retail Luxury Service

As T.S. Eliot once wrote, “only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go”. We started out over twenty years ago following this mantra, and have since cemented our position in the luxury residential property market. Zampetti Commercial has the same foundations: a “division” of Zampetti Immobili di Pregio staffed by consultants with thirty years of experience and focused on retail, hospitality and buildings for various uses. We are ready to take the plunge again, to try to reach new destinations. And we will take on this new challenge with our usual growth mindset, in the belief that, with enough effort and perseverance, we can get anywhere we wish.

Interior Design

An entire floor of the Zampetti Immobili di Pregio headquarters is dedicated to interior design: here, our team, led by a woman “born with a pencil in her hand”, works on clients’ home decor and furnishing solutions. “Empathy” is the key word that underpins each of our projects: listening to the client is the starting point for designing homes and spaces built around our clients’ needs, featuring the perfect mix of materials, products and colours that are tailor-made for the space. Creating an environment where you can feel completely at ease and which, most importantly, fully represents you.

Our empathy allows us to combine our clients’ wishes with style and functionality, always based on the clients’ specific needs and personal tastes.

Our academy for NON-AGENTS is a full-fledged school that teaches participants all the secrets for becoming true professionals in the world of luxury property sales. Fabrizio Zampetti has created a veritable handbook over the course of his more than twenty years of experience, one used and honed every day through the work he carries out with his colleagues. Due to their central role in handling the sale of something as vital as a house, and particularly given the complexity of the current market, non-agents must learn a series of skills so they can deal competently with all situations and gain potential clients’ trust. Not only practical and bureaucratic skills, but also, most importantly, personal attributes and aspects linked to their character.

Social issue Human rights

Social issues are particularly close to our heart. Through various personal initiatives and by funding teaching and materials on human rights in schools in Italy and across the world, we do our utmost to improve people’s living conditions by promoting the rights, and therefore duties, we all share. As Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights approved by the United Nations on 10 December 1948 states: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood”.

Environment Sustainability

“Meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs” is the diktat of our age: it is the definition of sustainable development, which is now a global goal under the United Nations Agenda 2030 programme. The seventeen sustainable development goals set out a new vision of society, which seeks to avoid the collapse of the Earth’s ecosystem. And everyone has a part to play.

One contribution we are making is using 100% environmentally friendly products for all our information materials. And our most recent initiative has become a symbol of Milan: the Zampetti tram is powered by electricity, and so does not cause air pollution.
